Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Refunds are available if:
- The item is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color).
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request a refund, contact us at support@sculvique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the return process.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time & Order Cutoff
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT -6) will be processed the same day.
Shipping Coverage & Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50.
- Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $50.
- Delivery Time: 4-7 business days (Monday - Saturday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
